Some parents are running into the issue of having duplicate accounts, or incorrect information for their children.

Affinity would like them to create a help ticket by clicking on the Click to Submit a Help Ticket link under 'Tech Support Contact' located in the left hand menu on the Affinity system and they will merge the accounts. You may also call tech support at 855-859-4586.
